We are always happy to help and we value our customers. All our themes come with User Manual prepared specifically for each theme – these help files are located inside your download packages.

Support for our items includes:

• Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features
• Fixing bugs and reported issues
• Providing updates for item

Item support does not include:

• Customization work ( We do offer simple CSS and code snippets whenever possible for simple customization.)
• Support for third party software and plugins

Support Timings

Monday to Friday – 9 AM – 7 PM IST ( UTC +0530 )

We provide fully dedicated support for our products. We usually get back to you within 24 hours.

Support request sent during weekends/holidays will be processed on Monday or the next business day.
